18 January 2023 – Hon. Remelina Peros-Galam, together with 8 other mayors in Region 2 signed the Implementation Management Agreement of Small Scale Irrigation System at the Department of Agriculture Region 2 Field Office.

Mayor Galam was accompanied by MAGRO OIC Dr. Norman Jexter Flores, Mun. Engineer Alrey Baysa, Mun. Accountant Eva Socorro Peros and Latar San Francisco Irrigation President Hipolito Navarette.

The IMA will be part of the quality implementation of the Latar-Comon Diversion Dam project which will provide better irrigation system to Latar, Comon, and other nearby barangays.
