The Office of the Municipal Mayor as a catalyst of holistic development in the municipality by mainstreaming mandated functions and introduction of innovative approaches and strategies to poverty reduction, and a primary contributor in the realization of the LGU vision.

MISSION
Spearhead the implementation of mandated functions of different local offices as well as development oriented Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), which intends to meet the actual needs of the constituents subject under pertinent guidelines and policies of the government .

The Business Permit and Licensing section is responsible for the licensing and permitting of all business in the Municipality thru the implementation of the 2010 Revenue Code of the Municipality.

To issue Business License, To ensure compliance with the jurisdiction’s Licensing and to protect the health, safety and rights of the consumers.

The LDRRMO is a mandated office under RA 10121, which endeavors to strengthen and coordinate DRRM programs in the locality.

This office as the asset registry of the LGU is committed to procure, maintain and secure all properties and supplies of the LGU instilling transparency and accountability amongst its workforce.

To take all personnel actions in accordance with the constitutional provisions on Civil Service, pertinent laws and rules and regulations thereon including such policies, guidelines and standards as the Civil Service Commission may established.

VISION
To develop a Human Resource Management System that will uphold the standards and vision of the Local Government Unit of Aritao.

To foster working condition through Human Resource Policy that gives employees a peaceful working condition and generates feeling of importance and promote employees abilities to maintain productivity and high performance levels

MANDATE
To foster understanding & appreciation of the History of Aritao as part of the Philippine History and disseminate historical knowledge through gallery or museums, memorial lectures, public commemorations, conferences, installation of historical markers, establishment of historical landmarks and preservation of historic heritage.

Administers general administrative support services in government accounting and internal control and audit system for the municipality and implement electronic version of the government accounting system.

The resources of the LGU shall be efficiently and effectively used/utilized for the people of ARITAO and there will be transparency on the affairs of the LGU.

The office of the Municipal Assessor shall take charge of the discovery, classification, appraisal, assessment and valuation of all real properties within the municipality which shall be used as the basis for taxation.

Reliable and Systematic method of Real Property Assessment to generate adequate funds with which to underwrite basic and essential public services and a financially self reliant and stable municipality.

MISSION
To provide the Local Government Unit with additional funds for development projects through establishment of a reliable and systematic method of real property assessment and ensuring the efficient implementation of assessment laws regulation.

MANDATE
The Municipal Budget Office prepares policy based budgeting which is pro-active and result oriented geared towards optimum, prudent and effective utilization of fund; provide accurate, reliable and complete financial information; conduct objective review and analysis of proposed expenditure program and its component activities promoting transparency and accountability; Technical Assistance provider (by providing technical preliminary review of Barangay Annual/Supplemental Budgets).

The office aims to establish, preserve and provide complete, accurate and reliable civil records as bases for the legal status of persons through the efficient use of its human resources in the full implementation of an effective civil registration system.

To share the responsibility in the sustainable conservation, management, development and wise utilization of natural resources and maintenance of ecological balance and be primarily responsible for the implementation and enforcement of RA 9003 and other environmental laws within its territorial jurisdiction.
