  • Accomplish the DTI, BIR, Philhealth, SSS and Pag-Ibig Home Development Mutual Fund registration/Compliance Certificate
  • Submit the Regulatory Requirements:

– Barangay Business Clearance

– **FOR NEW BUSINESS: Application Form for Business Permit from the BPLO

– Market Clearance/ AGC Clearance (AGC & market business owners only)

– Zoning Clearance/ Certificate from MPDO

– Occupancy Permit/ Annual Inspection Certificate/ Building Permit from MEO

– Sanitary Permit from MHO

– Solid Waste Orientation Certificate from MENRO

2. ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT OF REQUIRED FEES AT THE MUNICIPAL TREASURY OFFICE
    • Secure Fire Safety Inspection at the BFP Office
    3. CLAIM OF MAYOR’S PERMIT AT THE MAYOR’S OFFICE
